The account page is where you can view your initial and remaining cash position.
If you already have a Portfolio, the default Home page shall be a Watch List of your portfolio on the left panel, showing all the securities in Open, High, Low, Close (OHLC) view and arranged in ascending alphabetical order by ticker symbol with the first security is selected.

If you don’t have a Portfolio yet, the default watch list shall display the securities under the PSEI index in OHLC view, arranged in ascending alphabetical order after the PSEI.XPSE item.

Note: When selling all position, the platform will keep track of your sold positions intra-day. The sold position will be remove from your portfolio tab, in the next trading day.
To send a Parked Order, select it from the Working Orders panel to display the order details. If you don’t have to change anything on the order, click on the [SEND ORDER] button. Otherwise, modify the fields you want to change then click on [MODIFY ORDER] first then [SEND ORDER].

Once you click on [SEND ORDER], the order confirmation window will appear, but this time without the [PARK PRIVATE] button.
Parking an order is essentially placing an order but not sending it yet to the market until further notice from the client.
To park a BUY order, for example, open a BUY order ticket, fill out all the required details and click on [PREVIEW ORDER]. In the Order confirmation window, provide the security code then click on the [PARK PRIVATE] button.
Parking an Order
In the Blotter page, you will see the parked order under the Working Orders panel with its corresponding PARK icon.
Open an Order ticket. Fill-in all the required fields and in the ‘Validity’ field, select either “Good til Date” (GTD) or “Good til Cancelled” (GTC). If you select GTD, an Expiry date field will appear next to the Validity field.

Click inside the Expiry date box to reveal the date format input. You may either input the date manually (according to format) or you may click on the dropdown arrow to open the calendar.

You must then select a date that is later than the current date.
If the GTD order is not filled by the selected date, it will be terminated. Also, take note that a new and active GTC or GTD order will be canceled when a Corporate action on the selected instrument is published. This information will come from PSE EDGE at the start of the trading day and will impact all GTC or GTD orders.
Example Quantity: 1,000 Disclosed Quantity: 100 (1,000*.10).

Enter a proper value in the Disclosed Quantity field and then click on [PREVIEW ORDER].
If the Disclosed Quantity value you entered failed to meet the prerequisites as detailed above, then the order will immediately be rejected after placing it. In the order blotter page, you may see the reason for rejection as follows.

If there is a posted Selling Order that has at least the Quantity you put in the “Disclosed Quantity”, then the order will be matched. Otherwise, the order will be terminated. Below is an example of an Iceberg order with matched Disclosed quantity.

Transactions on securities from your Portfolio or from the Watch list may be seen on the right-side panel, which may be accessed using the BLOTTER menu button or you may be automatically directed to this screen after placing an order (when the order ticket is closed)
The orders are shown in two stacked panels: working and terminated orders.
Orders for the selected securities that are successfully submitted and awaiting execution are displayed in this panel.
To view, modify or cancel the orders under this panel, click on a transaction. The details of the order will be displayed under the Terminated Orders panel.
You may view all orders on other securities by removing the filter above the Working Orders panel.
All working orders
The Terminated Orders panel shows all the orders that have been completely filled and those which have been cancelled or automatically terminated.
You may view the details of the order by selecting it. For cancelled/terminated orders, a reason is usually displayed.
The [CLOSE] button function is used to close the position or sell all available stock in your portfolio and it will be hidden if you don’t have a position.

To sell all your shares on the selected instrument, click on the [CLOSE] button. The sell order ticket will automatically open with all the fields pre-filled. The quantity is filled with the number of all your held shares.
Click [PREVIEW ORDER] to go to the confirmation and place order page.
When you open the order ticket, click on the Oddlot on the left part of the ticket’s header title.
Choosing the “Odd Lot” Order type
You will notice that several things change:
1. The ticket’s header color changes to yellow.
2. The stock code will contain an “OD” in order ticket.
3. The market data in the panel below also changes to reflect the odd lot market data of the selected stock.
You have two options to look for the security you want to trade with. You can (a) double-click the security on the left, or (b) search for the security by clicking search.
All of the information you need to buy or sell the security you selected will be shown on the right. You also have the option to click either buy or sell.
Step 3: You may choose to buy (in blue) or sell (in red).
3.1 When buying, you have the option of the quantity, validity and limit. You will also have a preview of the intraday trading below before you finalize your order.
3.2 When selling, you have the option of the quantity, validity and limit. You will also have a preview of the intraday trading below before you finalize your order.
Click Preview Order once you’ve finalized your buy/sell order
You can either place or park your order accordingly.
Park Private will save your order details for trading at a later time
Place Order will immediately put your order in for PSE trading. You can only park private orders on open trading days.
